BIL Manage Invest is a wholly owned subsidiary of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg.

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is 90% owned by Precision Capital and 10% by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Precision Capital SA is a Luxembourg-based bank holding company that is supervised by the European Central Bank.

Registered and headquartered in Luxembourg and representing the private interests of members of a prominent family in Qatar, Precision Capital is a private – rather than sovereign – organization that seeks to capitalize on the attractiveness of the European banking industry over the long term.

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg represents a strategic and long-term investment for Precision Capital, which is represented on BIL’s Board of Directors.

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg considers its holding in BIL to be a strategic investment and it does not intend to sell its stake in the medium term. It views BIL as a bank of systemic importance and it will contribute to consolidating BIL’s position as a strategic player in the financial services sector.

Luxembourg is one of the three euro zone countries with a AAA rating assigned by the S&P, Fitch and Moody’s ratings agencies.

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is also represented on BIL’s Board of Directors.
